Working with Right Street Property
Mortgage Broking
The Alignment Advantage
Buyer's Agent
After Settlement
- 01You can engage Right Street for mortgage broking on its own. If you’re buying, The Alignment Advantage is included at no additional cost within your mortgage engagement to keep borrowing limits, lender policy and purchase decisions aligned. If you want full buyer’s agent execution, Alignment Advantage Plus is a paid upgrade for mortgage broking clients. In some cases, Right Street can also be engaged for buyer’s agent support as a standalone service.
- 02Right Street is best suited to time-poor Australians who want a clear plan and calm execution. Many clients are refinancing to improve cash flow, or investing and want finance structured for today and the next move. If you’re buying, we’re a strong fit when you value strategy-led guidance, clear price discipline, and support that keeps finance and the purchase aligned.
- 03After you book, we'll review your answers so the call stays focused. At the scheduled time, we’ll call you on the phone number you provided to clarify your goals, timeline and current position, then outline the best path forward. If you decide to proceed, we’ll confirm next steps in writing and send the fact find and document checklist.
- 04To provide accurate guidance, we need your goal, timeframe and a clear snapshot of your current position. That includes your income type, existing debts, deposit or equity position, and any properties you already own. If you decide to proceed, we’ll request supporting documents and complete a fact find so we can confirm numbers, policy fit and lender options.
- 05We keep communication simple and proactive. We’ll confirm key steps in writing, flag what we need from you, and update you as the application or purchase progresses. Most updates happen by phone and email, with extra touchpoints when something time-sensitive comes up.
- 06For mortgage broking, we may receive commission from the lender if your loan settles. We disclose this after engagement and before proceeding with your application. For buyer’s agent services, we do not accept vendor-paid commissions or incentives. If a selling agent offers any benefit, we decline it.
- 07We work Australia-wide. Mortgage broking is available nationally, and we support purchases across multiple states. Where local rules or processes differ, we’ll guide you through what changes and coordinate the right professionals as needed.
- 08Yes. We treat your information as confidential and only share it with lenders and relevant third parties when required to progress your loan or purchase, and with your consent. We can only act on the information you provide, so it’s important that it’s complete and accurate.
- 09That’s common. If your timeline, budget, employment, or purchase plans change, tell us as soon as you can so we can update the strategy, lender fit and next steps. If the change is significant, we may recommend a revised approach or updated documents to keep the outcome on track.
